Pairing crushing distortion with the weightless vocals of Hatsune Miku, in just a few years kinoue64 has become one of Japan's most notable shoegazers in a new generation of soundsmiths. Prolifically recording and releasing over 10 records into the 2020s, kinoue64 has almost single-handedly revived interest into the "Mikgazer" subgenre that fuses melodic Japanese shoegaze with vocal synthesis software. Reaching states of stratospheric ascension on "空間、事情、時間、事象。" and "放課後、通学路。" kinoue64 refracts noise, melancholy, and saccharine pop hooks into a powerful kaleidoscope that is as mesmerizing as it is overwhelming.

Pressed for the first time on Blue and White swirl vinyl, we invite you to step into the roaring tornado that is 空間、事情、時間、事象。 (Space, Circumstances, Time, and Events.) to discover for yourself why kinoue64 has become one of the most exciting and enigmatic figures in the contemporary shoegaze scene.
