Q: What's your demo policy?

I accept demos, but I am only interested in music in the shoegaze, dream pop, noise rock and noise pop genres.

Furthermore, this label exists solely to platform music that eschews western sensibilities and represent groups of people historically excluded from these genres.

We generally do not accept demos from domestic acts, but our inbox is always open. 

Q: How long will it take for my album to arrive once I've placed an order?

Longinus operates on a pre-order basis for the convenience of listeners and the artists I'm lucky enough to call my friends. Our goal is to make their music physically accessible, and pre-order's allow us a higher degree of flexibility.

Production takes anywhere from 2-8 months depending on the production process and timeline. As a frame of reference, from order to your doorstep, these are the window's we've experienced in the past. Due to issues that can be encountered during manufacturing, these are not guaranteed. Actual timelines can be shorter or longer depending on circumstances affecting the release.

Below is the average completion time of our products segmented by format. 

CD: 1-3 Months
Cassette: 1-2 Months
Vinyl LP: 6-8 Months

Because of our many customers ordering from across the globe, we are not liable for any damages that occur in transit up to the point of delivery.
