Unifying the full range of their artistic output into a singular project, 11100011 seeks to reinvent Asian Glow by blending the many facets of Shin’s creative persona into one dynamic whole.

Pulling from Shin’s experimentation with Noise Pop, Indie Folk, Electronica, and Shoegaze, 11100011 is a vibrant sonic journey that expands the palette of noise pop into the digital age. Dazzling synthwork, metallic rhythms, and intricate textures intertwine to create a sound that is both expansive and detailed – rendering their distinct sound in a clarity that is as accessible as it is ambitious.

“Out of Time” weaves sharp electronics and feedback loops into a vibrant haze, framing layers of noise to create a futuristic, otherworldly atmosphere. On “Camel8strike”, electronic sequences and melodic programming shimmer like glass alongside a baggy rhythm. “Dorothee Thines” ventures further into the future, reimagining the shoegaze genre with a bold, electronic palette that deconstructs the traditional wall of sound into a 3-dimensional space.

While noise pop and its related genres are often relegated to a binary between noise and ambience, with 11100011, Asian Glow proves that extremes can coexist and that convention is meant to be broken.
